- Support children to develop emotional literacy and positive relationships. 
- Have a strong focus on wellbeing and promoting a sense of belonging through equity and inclusion. 
- Design our classrooms to be welcoming and safe for all children. 
- Have a focus on a healthy lifestyle by ensuring children have regular physical activity and a healthy diet. 
- Involve parents so that skills are transferrable into the home. 
Have learners who aim high, and through our curriculum we:
- Ensure teachers have high aspirations for all pupils. 
- Teach that challenges are an opportunity to grow, mistakes are a part of learning and that feedback is a gift. 
- Ensure children produce work that they are proud of and there are regular opprtunities to celebrate each other's successes. 
- There are opportunities for children to develop thier interests within the curriculum and extra curricular activtirs. 
Develop responsible citizens, and through our curriculum we:
- Teach children about their rights, responsibilities and British values. 
- Ensure children have opportunities to get involved in their community with environmental stewardship projects. 
- Develop an understanding of social and moral responsibilities. 
- Offer children opportunities to be and learn from role models.
