Learning Reviews
Our open door policy allows parents to contact school at any time to pass messages to their children or to their child’s teacher. We also provide more formal opportunities for parents and teachers to meet.
There will be one opportunity to meet with your child's classteacher, the autumn & spring meetings last for 10 minutes. If parents want to speak to staff outside this time it is protocol to send the teacher a note and they will send back a mutually convenient time to meet with you.
Autumn Term:
November- 10 minute face to face and virtual appointments with all parents to discuss how their child has settled into the new school year.
Spring Term:
January- 10 minute face to face and virtual appointments with all parents.
March - An optional face to face pre-SATs drop-in session for Year 6.
Summer Term:
Optional face to face drop-in session for Reception- Year 5 to discuss annual reports, assessment results, progress and targets.
VIDEO LEARNING REVIEWS
Our virtual learning reviews between parent/carers and teachers are held virtually on one of the days from any device listed in the information provided below. This is ideal for parents who are unable to attend in person and it also reduces the need to travel. Two parents can join the same meeting from different locations. Please ensure your email address is always updated with school to ensure no delay in booking appointments when the system goes live.
The office will email how to book nearer the time, however you can view at any time how to make a call and set it up with the information provided below. If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact the school office.
Important Notice: Each appointment will be 10 minutes long and will automatically cut off however, if you are late to the appointment this will reduce your time slot. If on the day you are unable to make the call it will have to be cancelled.
