Admissions to Reception September 2027
If your child was born between 1 September 2022 and 31 August 2023, they are due to start Reception class in September 2027. The closing date to apply for your child to start Reception in September 2027 is 15th January 2027. Applications for Reception places will open from September 2026.
How to apply
WBC's online application form is available from 1 September 2026 until midnight on 15 January 2027 - Apply for Primary School Admissions
Please have your letter and information sheet (available from nursery) to hand when starting your online application form. You will also need your Council Tax reference number which you can find on your council tax bill.
Getting an offer of a place
WBC send offers to all on-time applications by email. Email offers will be sent to the address you gave on the online application form from 8am on 16 April 2027.
